We have completed the futures database upgrade at 20:00 Sep 9, 2018 (HKT), earlier than expected.
Although all services remained normal during the upgrade, some of our users might have received the error message “server internal error” within a short period of time, which was caused by the change of our operational servers. However, please rest assured that the error would not cause any issues to your account and assets. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
After this upgrade, we will continue to ease the API speed limits for better trading experience based on market needs. The actual figures will be confirmed in a future announcement.
In addition, we are working on supporting more tokens in futures trading. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to let us know via email at email@example.com. We will definitely listen to and consider every comment received
