Any suggestions or vulnerability reports on the following categories are welcome:
1. Product Optimization:
- Submit the Google form and join OKEx Official & OKB English Group.
- Based on the importance and competence of the suggestion, the reward ranges from 10-100 USDT.
- The first user who proposes an accepted suggestion will get rewarded.
2. Operation Breakdown, such as failure to place/cancel an order, download APP, etc.
- Join OKEx Official & OKB English Group and @ Zoe@OKEx in the group.
- After the checking, the first one who reports the problem in the group will be awarded 5 USDT. The order of reporting problem is subject to the screenshots from admins.
- Problems due to outdated versions, network problems, phone model problems and so on do not fall into this category.
3. Expression Improvement: exclusive to English pages
- Submit the Google form and join OKEx Official & OKB English Group.
- Provide screenshots and the suggestions on how to make the expression native. (Any improvement on the use of a single word is also welcome. )
- The first user who proposes an accepted suggestion will get 1 USDT.
4. Telegram Groups Operation:
- Submit the Google form and join OKEx Official & OKB English Group.
- Based on the quality and quantity of the suggestions, the reward ranges from 5-50 USDT.
- Great suggestion reporters can get a chance to be Community Manager.

Terms & Conditions
1. The participants must stay in OKEx Official & OKB English Group.
2. Rewards will be credited to winners’ OKEx account in 15 working days after the weekly winner list announcement.
