Q: How to change my phone number?
A:
1) If you can login your account, you can modify your phone number according to the following steps.
Note: To secure your assets, you won’t be able to withdraw any funds within 24 hours after Change your phone number.

Please click “Account Security” → “Mobile verification” → “change” → Input your new phone information and verification code → “Confirm”
2)If you lost your phone number, you could reset on the login page.
If the above solutions can’t solve the issue for you,
please send your request and KYC document to support@okex.com by your registered email. After confirming your information, our customer support can help you remove the old phone number and then you can bind a new one.
Note: This procedure may require you to do video verification or account frozen.
Q: What should I do if I can’t receive SMS code?
A:
1) Please clean the cache and try to log in again.
2) Please try to remove/add “0” before your phone number and try again.
3) Please download desktop client or mobile app to try again
