- Investors create multiple custody trading sub-account and authorize different trading teams to manage, providing more guarantee on earnings
- While managing assets for investors, the trading team can operate different trading strategies and protect the confidentiality of trading strategies

- Investors can create "custody trading sub-account". As a special sub account type, API keys can never be viewed or created through these custody trading sub-account
- The funds in the managed sub account will not be included in the quantitative team's master account
- Investors can bind different trading teams by typing in their UUID to seek out their corresponding information
- Provide the entrustment agreement of both parties for the review of the key account specialist.Confirming the binding will verify whether the investor does not have positions and pending orders, and whether the trading team can still bind. If the verification is passed, the binding can be successful
- The number of custody transaction sub accounts created by investors shall be consistent with the number of conventional sub accounts, which shall be limited by VIP level

- When investors bind trading teams, they are required to upload the entrustment agreements with trading teams. Please make sure to sign these agreements with investors in advance
- The number of sub accounts managed by trading teams is subject to the regulations of key accounts, and is irrelevant to VIP level

- Investors can log in to sub accounts, but they do not have permission to view and create API keys
- Investors can make in-and-out transfers on the assets under custody trading sub-account via their master account, but for the sake of normal implementation on trading teams' strategies, please inform the teams in advance
- In order to guarantee the safety of trading teams' strategies, it is not allowed to trade, view open positions, pending orders and historical records during the binding period, but is allowed to switch trading types
- The volume generated during the binding period is allocated to trading teams' master account
- Custody Sub-account Fee Rate = Mininum [ Fee Rate from Trading team Account, Fee Rate from Investor's Master Account ]. Custody sub-account can enjoy taker fees from master account without any limits. While for maker fees, when custody sub-accounts inherit from trading team's fee rate, the lowest fee they can enjoy is 0
- Once the account is bound, fee rate and account level will be updated on T+1 day for custody sub-account
- In order to ensure the safety of investors' assets, investors can unbind with one click. After unbinding, the trading team will receive an email reminder

- After successful binding, you can create API keys for investors on the page and trade for investors through API
- The trading type is made as setting by investor. If it needs to be changed, please contact relevant investor
- Trading teams guarantee strategic safety. During the binding period, investors can neither trade nor view records including open positions / pending orders, historical information, etc.
- The volume generated during the binding period is allocated to trading teams' parent account, the level will be upgraded according to the transaction volume and the rate of the corresponding VIP level will be shared
- Investors can unbind it with one click, and relevant trading teams will receive emails as a reminder of unbinding

- Restore operation permissions. You can log in, trade, view / operate assets, the transaction volume generated after unbinding is collected into the investor's parent account
- For the trading information in binding, investors can only view the open positions and pending orders undone by trading teams, on which they can operate
- In order to guarantee risk control, investors can never view historical orders (including the orders generated both by trading teams and by their own)
- If investors need to bind trading teams again, please create another managed sub account for binding

- When the sub account is unbound, the API keys created by trading teams will be invalid, and investors cannot view them
- When the sub account is unbound, investors cannot view historical trading records
- When the sub account is unbound, the number of bindable sub accounts is released, which means one off from the sub accounts bound to trading teams

5. How to become a trading team if I am a regular user
- You need to create an account in OKX, with VIP level >=1 or self-owned funds >=5mm USDT.If you need to apply, please contact the corresponding account manager to apply
6. How to bind a trading team if I am an investor
- OKX --> Sub-account -- Create sub account
- When creating a sub-account, please select "Custody trading sub-account" under "Account type", and you can change the trading settings during the process. There is no top-up authorization in the managed sub account, and it requires investors' master account to make fund transfer for it
- Once the managed sub account is successfully created, you can bind a trading team. Note: The custody trading sub-account always has no API permission
- Type in the trading team's UUID. If it is valid, relevant information will be shown automatically
- After the information is confirmed,the entrustment agreement needs to be uploaded for background review by the key account specialist
- After the binding is confirmed, you are required to take a secondary ID verification, which would verify if the current sub account has open positions and pending orders, and whether there are binding places in the trading team;If there is no position pending order in the current custody account and the trading team has a binding quota, the binding can be successful
- After the binding is successful, the list status will display "Binding"

7. How do I unbind the trading team during binding
- For the sub account in "Bindind ", the option of "Unbind" will appear after hovering,click "Unbind",After completing the secondary authentication, you can unbind successfully
- Please kindly note that the unbinding custody sub-account can no longer be bound to any trading teams
