Your account can be bound to one email address for account login, password retrieval, confirmation when withdrawing tokens and customer support contact. If you are able to login your OKX account and want to stop using the existing mailbox and bind the account with a new one, you can follow the steps below to self-change the bound email:
1.Log in to your OKX account. Go to Security settings.


2.On the Security settings page, enter the Email verification page, and click Change email address


3.Enter the new email address as required, enter the verification code of the new email address and the original email address, then enter the GA/phone verification code, and click Confirm

4.After you input the correct verification code sent to your new email address, current email address as well as the correct GA/phone verification code, the email will be successfully changed immediately and you will receive a confirmation email to your new email address.
Note:
To secure your assets, you won’t be able to withdraw any funds within 24 hours after change your email.
