There are two main types of withdrawals. One is on-chain withdrawal, and the other is internal transfer. Here we take USDT as an example to demonstrate the operation process.
1. Withdraw: On the top right of the OKX homepage, click Assets – Withdraw – Select USDT.
Select Withdraw – USTD withdrawal network (take USDT-TRC20 as an example) – click Continue. Type in / paste USDT address – Amount – Continue – obtain and type in the password/verification code following the requirements – Confirm. And the operation is completed.
Note: When selecting withdrawal network, please keep deposit network in other exchanges or wallets consistent with the one in OKX (e.g., both are USDT-TRC20), or the withdrawal will be lost.
2. Internal Withdrawal: On the top right of the OKX homepage, click Assets – Withdraw – Select USDT. Select Internal – Continue. Type in Recipient address – Amount – Continue – obtain and type in the password/verification code following the requirements. Select Confirm to complete the operation.
