1. What is a verified collection?
A blue checkmark badge that appears on a collection means that it has been verified for authenticity on the OKX NFT Marketplace.
2. How to verify my collection?
Eligibility and Request for Getting Verified
To be eligible for verification, a collection has to reach a sales volume of at least 50 Ether or equivalent in the latest month. These requirements will help us make OKX NFT Marketplace a safe, trusted and quality platform for trading NFTs.
Before applying to get your collection verified, your collection is expected to have:

Its descriptions

A logo image (ideally uploaded with 300*300 in resolution)

A banner (ideally uploaded with 1440*190 in resolution)

NFTs that meet the Standards for Metadata on OKX NFT Marketplace

Our customer support team will review your request, and you will receive our reply sent to the email you have submitted in the request.
If your request has been reviewed and your collection has not been verified, to re-apply, please wait for at least 7 days to submit another request for verification.
Please make sure that your collection complies with our Terms of Service. We reserve our right to deny a request for verification on the appropriate grounds. We want to keep OKX NFT Marketplace as authentic, fun, and healthy as our beloved community. This takes the collective efforts of everyone, both staff at OKX NFT Marketplace and our users.
3. Why did my request for verification get denied?
Your request for verification will be denied if your collection does not meet the criteria for verification, or there are issues that have led to its denial.
If your request has been reviewed and your collection has not been verified, to re-apply, please wait for at least 7 days to submit another request for verification.
4. Why was my collection's verification status suspended?
If your collection violates our Terms of Service, or there are issues that may lead to the cancellation, your collection may lose its verification status.
OKX NFT Marketplace reserves the right to, with or without notice in advance and in our sole discretion, deny any request for verification or suspend the verification status.
5. Is it perfectly safe to purchase from verified NFT collections?
Unfortunately no. We will review every request in as rigorous a manner as we can, but we do not provide any guarantee for the verified collection. Before making the decision, please do your own research and make sure that you are buying the NFT you really want.
